These terms are the terms of use on which you may make use of our website under the domain name www.miki.co.uk (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before starting to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

These terms are in English. If these terms are translated into any language other than English, the English language text shall prevail in the event of a conflict between the English version and the translated  version.  



www.miki.co.uk is a site operated by Miki Travel Limited (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 01509274 and have our registered office and main trading address at Vintners’ Place, 68 Upper Thames Street, London EC4V 3BJ. Our VAT number is 243 7447 55. We are a limited company.




Accessing our Site


Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.


You may access most areas of the site without registering your details with us. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
