Job description

We are currently seeking to recruit an Invoice Processing Assistant within our Accounts Department to be based in our London office.

We are looking for someone to come in and provide full administrative support to the Invoice Processing team 

Main Responsibilities

  • Scanning, faxing and filing 
  • Undertake the matching of purchase ledger invoices under supervision 
  • Maintain supplier information.                                              
  • Carry out general administrative duties 
  • Help resolve issues and help other team members when required        

Skills and Experience

  • Proactive with a positive attitude
  • An organised individual who is able to priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
