We bring incoming tourists to and from all over the world. We also provide wholesale hotel accommodation and other related online products.

About the Department

The Sales Operations department is the agents facing team and are involved in assisting our clients, partners and suppliers with bookings related queries.

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a  Sales FIT Operations Travel Consultant within our Sales FIT Operations department

The role requires a high level of customer service and good interpersonal skills to engage with our clients and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves all general department duties including:

  • Processing and solving booking queries/issues from clients prior and during travel like amendments and cancellations prior to travel and on the spot
  • Handling special arrangements for clients
  • Liaising with other departments within Miki Group worldwide such as Reservations, Sales, Purchasing and Accounts
  • Supporting the rest of the team
  • Overtime required as needed, especially during peak season/emergency situations

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail

Required Experience/Knowledge


  • Previous experience in operations/reservations team in Travel industry
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Familiar with Google mail, Word and Excel processes
