Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to recruit a temporary Hotel Reservations Administrator within our Hotel Division to be based in our London office.

We bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

Main Responsibilities

You will be supporting a busy reservations team mainly with admin duties and some reservation tasks including the following:

  • To research and secure space in difficult destinations and busy periods
  • Fax rota (distributing unlinked faxes; monitoring failed faxes)
  • Driver accommodation bookings
  • Cold calling for destinations either by obtaining open dates to check for group assignment
  • Obtaining specific dates for pending group bookings
  • Input data and process into in house system
  • Support Asia series operations on visa duties (chasing hotels for visa letters, administrating visa chart efficiently)

Required Experience/Knowledge

Essential

  • Fluent Italian speaker
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Sound knowledge of MS office applications

Desirable

  • Previous experience/education within travel/hospitality industry, or admin/retail/logistics experience is preferred
